Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez (/ˈmoko̠/ /qunˈmo˞mgwɛ/ [wild] [bubble; dome; foam]) is a subtropical Town located in the Qujusukoga Moot of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.
The name Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez was founded by Tshëîv Shuzoreth, who was culturaly Wood Elven.
Climate
Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez has a yearly average temperature of 14°C (57°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 23°C (73°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 6°C (42°F). Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez receives an average of 188 cm/y (74 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 6770 m (-20738 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez was founded durring the late 15th century in winter of the year 1382, by Tshëîv Shuzoreth. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Tshëîv Shuzoreth.
Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of broad baked earthen streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. The would-be-castle fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Right off the bat Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. This wealth has brought the town nothing but neurosis, if you can believe your eyes. Everyone acts as if you’re out to take a piece of them. Every door is locked and every window barred. Efforts are made to make you feel welcome, but only in the public areas of the town, particularly the market.

Cultural Notes
Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez was attacked by savage tribes living nearby Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez lost 150 people, 115 livestock, and 41 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 171, when members of Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez's militia enacted an operation to rescue a specific hero from the enemy. The operation was complicated by major logistical problems. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the strategic location, which ended in a crushing defeat for Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Moko̠ Qunmömgwë Kez's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
